You acknowledge and agree that:

• The Services do **not** constitute medical, mental-health, or healthcare treatment

• The Services may include holistic practices, mindset work, lifestyle education, and self-reflection tools

• Coaching is collaborative, and results depend on your personal participation, effort, and responsibility
   

4) No Therapy, Medical, or Professional Relationship

Nothing on this Site or within the Services:

 

• Constitutes therapy, counseling, psychotherapy, diagnosis, or medical treatment

• Creates a therapist–client, doctor–patient, or other licensed professional relationship

 

You understand and agree that:

 

• Coaching is not a substitute for licensed medical, mental-health, or healthcare services

• You are solely responsible for consulting qualified professionals before making changes to your health, diet, medications, or mental-health care

• If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, you must contact 911 (U.S.) or your local emergency services immediately
   

5) Acceptable Use & Community Standards

 

You agree to use the Site and Services lawfully and respectfully.

 

You may not:

 

• Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate others

• Share, record, screenshot, or distribute Content without permission

• Promote or solicit services within Company spaces without written consent

• Access materials beyond your purchased access period

 

Violations may result in immediate removal without refund.

6) Paid Workshops & Live Events

All workshops, live sessions, and events are paid experiences.

 

By purchasing or attending, you agree that:

 

• Payment is required to attend or access recordings

• Access is limited to the Terms described on the sales page

• Workshops are educational and coaching-based, not therapy

• You are responsible for applying the material and consulting licensed professionals as needed

7) Physical & Emotional Participation Acknowledgment

Certain Services may involve physical movement, breathwork, mindfulness practices, or emotionally reflective exercises. Participation is voluntary. You agree to take full responsibility for your physical, mental, and emotional well-being and to stop or modify participation at any time if discomfort arises.
 

8) Technology & Third-Party Platforms

 

The Site and Services may be delivered through third-party platforms, including video conferencing software, payment processors, email services, and learning management systems. Vitae Alignment, LLC is not responsible for technical issues, interruptions, errors, security breaches, or failures related to third-party platforms, internet connectivity, device compatibility, or software performance.

9) Intellectual Property & License

All Content is owned by Vitae Alignment, LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
 

Your purchase grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access Content for personal use only during the stated access period.

11) Purchases, Payments & Access

When purchasing Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current payment information

• Pay all fees in full or via an agreed payment plan

• Not share purchased materials or access credentials

Access may be suspended or revoked if payments fail or these Terms are violated.
 

12) Cancellation & No Refund Policy (All Sales Final)

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, transfers, or cancellations for:

* Workshops
* Workshop products
* Coaching programs
* Courses
* Digital products or services

This applies regardless of attendance, participation, or completion.

All payments are final and non-refundable. This includes cancellations, missed appointments, or unused sessions.
 

If you need to reschedule a session, you must notify us at least **24 hours in advance**. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session will be considered a missed session and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
 

While we cannot provide refunds, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling when possible.

13) Payment Authorization & Chargebacks

You authorize Vitae Alignment, LLC and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method.

Failed payments may result in suspended access. Initiating a chargeback may result in immediate revocation of access, and we reserve the right to contest the dispute.

14) No Guarantees

We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, results, or timelines. Results vary based on individual effort, circumstances, and consistency.
 

15) Disclaimers (No Warranties)

The Site and Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:

• Fitness for a particular purpose

• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of Content

• Earnings or income potential

Use of the Site and Services is entirely at your own risk.
 

16) Limitation of Liability

Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflicts principles. Subject to the arbitration clause, the exclusive venue for any permitted court proceeding is the state or federal courts located in Middlesex County, Connecticut, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

23) HIPAA Clarification

Vitae Alignment, LLC is not a covered entity under HIPAA. Information shared through the Site or Services is governed by our Privacy Policy and is not protected health information under HIPAA.
